Showtec ist ein Label der Firma Highlite International, welche ihren Sitz in Kerkrade in den Niederlanden hat. Showtec exportiert seine Produkte in ungefähr 65 Länder auf der ganzen Welt. Der Name Showtec steht für professionelles Show-Equipment. Dieses Equipment kann beispielsweise bei einer Lichtshow für Konzerte, in Discos und Clubs oder auch sehr dezent in Restaurants oder im Theater eingesetzt werden.
Durch die kontinuierliche Innovation und die stetige Weiterentwicklung der Audio- und Lichtprodukte ist Showtec zu einem umfangreichen und professionellen Unternehmen herangewachsen. So arbeiten inzwischen ungefähr 95 Mitarbeiter in diesem Unternehmen, welches 3500 Produkte auf 10.000 m² lagert.

Die Produktpalette von Showtec reicht von Partylights zu einem stimmungsvollen Deco- und Designlight. Lighteffects, Strobes und Blacklights nicht zu vergessen. Zu dieser Bandbreite von Produkten gehören auch Lightcontrollers, Foggers & Effects sowie Architectural Lighting.
