Shipment to end consumer (goods outgoing from Monday till Friday)

Shipments are free of charge for orders exceeding an amount of €50.- (gross).

• This applies to domestic Germany (Islands not included) – Goods delivered by a transportation company are not included!
• Purchases with a value of less than €50.- (gross) are charged a lump sum of €8.21 per order.

Shipments - Cash on delivery:

• When ordering with cash on delivery, you have to pay an extra fee of €5.95, irrespective of the value of the good.
• Goods purchased with cash on delivery can not be shipped with EXPRESS.
• The Deutsche Post is charging an additional fee of €2.-.

EXPRESS Shipping:

• Any article, marked with the ‘EXPRESS’ button, can be ordered as express-good, given that there is sufficient stock available.
• For any EXPRESS order, you will be charged a lump sum of  €26.18 (per order).
• Delivery of goods is conducted by DPD EXPRESS only!
• We can only guarantee the delivery on the following day (until 6pm), if we receive your order before 2.30pm.
• Attention: Goods on stock are subject to prior sale.

Shipment of goods heavier than 30kg and bulky goods:

• Bulky and very heavy goods are being shipped by a transportation company (e.g. stage risers, trusses, cases, etc.).
•  In this case, cash on delivery shipments are not possible.
• Goods delivered by a transportation company are explicitly marked with the button ‘Delivery via transportation company - T’, to be found in the detailed product description.
• Any shipment, containing a good marked with ‘T’ is charged a lump sum of €69.02 (gross).

Pick up by the customer:

• You can always pick up your purchased goods by yourself. Please select the button ‘Self pickup’ in the category 'Mode of Shipment' within the ordering process.

Mode of Shipment – Insurance – Shipping address:

• The usual shipment is conducted by DPD or DHL.
• The shipment is insured with up to €500.- It usually takes 2-3 working days.
• In case your invoice address is different from the shipping address, you can adjust the details within the ordering process.
• Your invoice address will then be different from your shipping address.
