Payment with credit card (Visa & MasterCard)

We accept Visa and MasterCard. To finalise your order (after clicking the Button ‘confirm order’), you are automatically directed to the payment frontend of 'Expercash'. There, you are asked to provide your credit card details. The entering and forwarding of your data is processed by SSL and is absolutely secure.
The amount invoiced (gross incl. delivery charges) will immediately be debited, after you have received the confirmation of payment.
In case there is any lack of clarity or a problem with your credit card, please do not hesitate to contact us, so that a back posting can be avoided! This only causes additional costs, which we may charge you.

Direct e-banking

In order to pay with ‘direct e-banking’ (Sofortüberweisung.de), please choose ‘direct e-banking’ as method of payment within the ordering process.
Direct e-banking is a free, accredited (Technical Control Board) payment service by the Payment Network AG: Your advantages: No additional registration; automatic debit from your online bank account; highest security standards; and immediate shipment of products on stock.

Prepayment

In order to make a prepayment, please select ‘Prepayment’ as method of payment within the ordering process. After successful completion of your order, it will be checked again internally. Subsequently, you will receive an email (pdf) with a separate confirmation of your order. Please transfers the stated total amount to one of our correspondent banks (listed above), and name the voucher number.

Cash on delivery payment

In order to pay cash on delivery, please select ‘Cash on delivery’ as method of payment within the ordering process. The shipping of goods, to be paid cash on delivery, is only possible within Germany and limited to a maximum value of €2,500. In addition to the shipping costs, there will be additional costs of €5.96 (fees for cash on delivery).

Goods delivered by a transportation company

It is impossible to pay cash on delivery, if your purchased article will be delivered by a transportation company (shipment of goods heavier than 30kg and bulky goods).
