Passing on data to third parties

Huss Licht & Ton GmbH & Co. KG never passes on any personified data to third parties without your explicit consent, which is subject to cancellation at any time. Moreover, we also do not provide personified data for third parties in any other way.
Excluded from this are our service partners that need the data transmission in order to be able to process your order (e.g. the mail-order-firm which is commissioned with the shipment, our partner for email communication or the financial institute which is entrusted with the handling of payment). In these cases, the transmission of data is, however, limited to the minimum required.
In order to assure quality, Huss Licht & Ton GmbH & Co. KG sends out an email to every customer, after successful completion of an order, to kindly ask for evaluating the ordering process as well as the purchased goods. This happens on a voluntary basis and is processed by our partner www.ekomi.de. No personified data will be forwarded to Ekomi.

Your right to information, revision, and deletion

You are entitled to request information on your saved personified data free of charge and at any time. Moreover, you are entitled to ask for revision, deletion, and blocking of your personified data free of charge.
