How to order:

Once you have decided on the product you wish to order, please click on the button ‘add article to shopping cart’. This step is non-binding and simply allows you to place the product into the cart. By clicking on the button ‘shopping cart’, you can take a look at the content of your chosen goods non-bindingly. There is always the opportunity to delete previously chosen goods from your shopping cart by clicking on ‘remove’, followed by a click on ‘update’. If you want to buy the product(s) you’ve placed into your shopping cart, please click the button ‘check out’. You will then kindly be asked to provide your personal contact details. Moreover, you have to select the method of payment, and you need to assure that you have read our customer’s information. If you wish to buy the product(s), click on ‘confirm order’. If you need to alter previously provided information, you can make changes by clicking the ‘return’ button. Alternatively, you can use the editing option on the late page before submitting your order. Please note that there is always the opportunity to cancel the ordering process.

Signing of contract:

The online display of our products is not a legal offer, but a non-binding request for the customer to purchase an article. After providing your personal contact details and after clicking the button ‘confirm order’ as last step within the ordering process, your order becomes legally binding. Your order will be confirmed by our DP-system automatically. This automatically created and sent confirmation is, however, not a binding acceptance from our side. The legally binding confirmation will be sent to you as an additional acknowledgement of order.

Inspection of wording:

The wording will be saved. You can always take a look at the general terms of contract on www.huss-licht-ton.de and download it on your PC. Specific details of your order as well as the general terms of contract will be sent to you by email. You can also take a look at it when registering with us in the login section.
